Our Policy on Returns & Product Integrity
For critical safety and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any of our research products. This policy ensures that every item you receive is sterile and has never left our controlled supply chain. We source our products exclusively from reputable manufacturers with established quality records, and we stand firmly behind the integrity of everything we sell.
While all sales are final, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issue or have a concern regarding a product you’ve received, please contact our support team. We are here to assist and ensure your concerns are properly addressed.
Refunds for Quality & Purity Claims
In the event that you are not satisfied with a research product, you may contact our care team to discuss the issue. However, refunds based on claims of insufficient purity or incorrect fill weight will not be issued unless verifiable, conclusive evidence is presented.
A full refund will only be processed upon the submission of third-party test results showing that the product's purity is below 98% or is significantly underweight.
Approved Analytical Laboratories
To be considered valid, test results must be from one of the following reputable, independent testing providers:
- TrustPointe Analytics
- MZ Biolabs
- Janoshik Analytical
- Prime
Please note that results from other laboratories will not be accepted.
